Finanstilsynet now requires all Annex IV reporting — KRT-1160 (fund level) and KRT-1161 (manager level) — to be submitted as XML. Manual Altinn form entry has been discontinued, for every registered and authorised AIFM, including non-EEA managers marketing in Norway.
AIFdata is a standalone application built for exactly this. You enter the required information manually in AIFdata, and the application produces an XML file — validated against ESMA's technical specifications — ready to be uploaded as a file attachment in the simplified Altinn form.
Both fund-level and manager-level Annex IV reports, generated from the same application.
ESMA-validated
Every XML file is checked against ESMA's technical specifications before it's ready for upload.
Attach and submit
Enter the data once. Download the XML. Attach it to the simplified Altinn form.
Fund administration, rebuilt for today
All-Spark is the new platform from All-In Fund Services, taking the fund administration work we have done for AIFs for nearly two decades and rebuilding it around modern technology. Heavy, complex and error-prone spreadsheet models are replaced by AI agents that carry out most recurring workflows, and by integrations that connect the systems a fund already uses, so data moves seamlessly from source to report.
The result is lower operational risk, more consistent and professional output, and a cost level that works for both manager and fund. Every workflow is designed, controlled and signed off by our team: AI does the work, people remain accountable.
Our goal is simple: easy for the manager, easy for the investor, and cost-efficient. All-Spark delivers on all three.

Agent-driven workflows
AI agents handle recurring tasks such as reconciliations, NAV calculation and investor reporting. Each step is logged and reviewed.
Connected systems
Accounting and reporting tools are linked together, with no manual transfers or re-keying.
Lower risk, lower cost
Fewer manual steps mean fewer errors, at a price point that reflects it.
